Third day: -Tona water without oil if the oil, wash with water after the liquidation of oil

The sixth day: -Fruit only one type throughout the day
The seventh day: -Fruit only one type throughout the day
Note:1 - do not replace a place on another day
2 - climbing skinless chicken once and would prefer to eat only issued BASS
3 - Fruit Fruit is allowed only a special Balrgim (grapefruit, kiwi, pineapple, apple, strawberry)
4 - open quantity
